The family of a man who died after a collision in Reddish have paid tribute to him.

Shortly before 9pm on Friday 3 June 2016 a motorcyclist was riding his blue Suzuki motorbike on Reddish Road in South Reddish when he was involved in a collision at the junction of Broughton Road with a red Citroen C3, before also colliding with a black Audi Q5 and a white Renault van.

The rider of the motorbike, formally identified as 20-year-old Jack Henderson, was taken to hospital where he sadly died.

Paying tribute to her, Jack’s family said: “Jack was our dearly beloved son, grandson, brother, uncle and a friend to many. He was a cheeky, fun loving character who was respected and liked by everyone he met.

We are all devastated by what has happened. No words can describe the loss we have suffered and he will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate enough to have known him.”
