Police in Southam are appealing to motorists and pedestrians who were on Deppers Bridge on Thursday 28 July for information following an incident on the road.
At approximately 2pm the victim was driving along Deppers Bridge when he noticed a white Ford Transit van .
The van is then reported to have begun driving erratically behind the victim’s car. The van then overtook the victim’s car. When in front, the van is believed to have then braked suddenly, coming to a stop in front of the victim’s car.
The driver of the van has then exited his vehicle and begun shouting at the victim through the car window. He is then believed to have kicked out at the victim’s car. No damage was caused to the vehicle.
The man is described as white, in his thirties and around 6ft tall.
The victim was unharmed during the incident, but was left shaken.
It is believed that the incident was witnessed by a number of passing motorists and they are asked to get in touch with police.
