Police appeal for witnesses after a boy was knocked over on his way to school.

On Thursday, December 8 at 8am a 15 year-old boy was crossing over St Thomas Road in Normanton, Derby. He walked in front of an Arriva bus that was stationery at a bus stop when a red Ford Fiesta allegedly ran into him.

The boy was taken to the Royal Derby Hospital where x-rays showed he had a broken leg.
